Stuff U Can’t Make Up that Will Keep U Looking Up Volume One

The philosophical arguments attacking Christianity and the Christian faith persist in our generation as they have been for the twenty-one centuries of the Christian faith tradition. The main reason for its survival is that Christ in Christianity is a resurrected savior. He is still alive, and His Spirit animates the Church. He continues to be the head of the Church. Jesus the Christ is very active in the lives of true Christians, doing things that would be impossible without His empowerment. Those with an authentic faith in Him have a zeal for ministry based upon His eminence, not their intellect. Our motto for the Living Church ministry, where I am overseer, is “Energized to Evangelize without Compromising the written word of God.”

Philosophical and intellectual arguments for and against Christianity will end in a draw or be won by the best debater or well-learned. But what is irrefutable and beyond views and criticism is the evidence that the God of scripture is the God that works in the lives of His people, doing things for them that neither they nor anyone can make up or fabricate. The living word of God at work and empirical encounters of divine protection, providence, and provision are irrefutable. They are phenomena that cannot be made up but have kept believers looking up for over 2000 years.

This book is volume one of more to come of those divine encounters that keep me looking up. I challenge all believers everywhere to share their irrefutable evidence of how the Jesus of scripture works in their lives. He is more than a philosophical ideology that can be discredited by wisely crafted, well-put-together arguments on internet sites. Unfortunately, emerging generations swim in an ocean of internet information-seeking education and do not know they are drowning without biblical revelation. The true revelation of Jesus only comes through an intimate relationship with Him. The Christian scripture is all about Him. Those who do not seek to know Him will never find Him, who is only one sincere prayer away. Those who know Him have more than information about Him. They have many testimonies of His divine providence, protection, and provision.
